Chair of Trustees

William Mackinlay is the Chair of Trustees with a background in the British Army, financial services, and corporate PR, currently serving as CEO of a commercial barristers’ chambers.

Helen Whitehouse OBE
Trustee

Helen Whitehouse OBE is the Chief Operating Officer at the Natural History Museum and a dedicated trustee at 3 Pillars, passionate about meaningful intervention and rehabilitation. With a background in the justice system and significant governance experience, she was awarded an OBE in 2020 for her work.

Phil Newman
Trustee

Phil Newman is a Trustee at 3Pillars, bringing over 30 years of experience in sports programming and strategy. He is also the founder and CEO of Includable Consultancy, specializing in leadership and culture change.

Tania Nadarajah

Tania Nadarajah is a trustee at 3Pillars, bringing her extensive experience in consulting and finance to support advocacy, planning, and fundraising efforts.

Kate Molan

Kate Molan is a Trustee with a legal background in family law, focusing on the effects of early life trauma. She has experience as a charitable trustee and works at a law firm in London.

Louis Annan is a Trustee at 3Pillars, specializing in youth development through sport and community engagement. He runs 'Let's Get Active' and is a PhD candidate researching the impact of sports programs on youth.

Derrick Dale KC
Trustee

Derrick Dale KC is a trustee at 3Pillars and has practiced commercial law at Fountain Court Chambers since 1990, focusing on transformative programs for individuals in prison.

Thomas Smallbone
Trustee

Tom Smallbone is a former professional rugby player turned Head of Residential Development, passionate about the transformative impact of sport through his work with the 3 Pillars project.
