Our projects use a combination of highly experienced military leaders, professional sportsman and coaches and care professionals able to deliver a combination of teamwork, leadership and confidence training in hand with conventional sports coaching. We are supported by a broad network of advisory academic, charity and medical experts.
We focus on health and personal well being, developed through sport and exercise sessions. Knowledge, through the conversations that these sessions allow; and Ethos, demonstrated and encouraged throughout our courses. The end result of our efforts is substantially more confident and capable young people, better able to exert self control and demonstrate employability skills.
